Potential dependencies or conflicts?
The creation and implementation of an integrated marketing plan would rely on having one agency that creates and maintains the "one stop shop" for information; otherwise marketing and communication efforts become disjointed and have no central "brand". It also depends on sufficient funding to implement both traditional, digital, and grassroots marketing tactics.
